To ensure quick and smooth processing, please observe the following points:

  • "FREIGHT COLLECT" (unpaid, unfranked, or freight forward) shipments will not be accepted.
  • If you have a complaint, please enclose the following documents with the return shipment:
  1. filled-in RMA slip with a clear description of the defect, and
  2. copy of the invoice!

(The goods received will be checked according to the description of the defect.)


  • If one of the abovementioned documents is not enclosed, the complaint handling process might take longer.

  • Promptly report any transport damage. Notify the transport company of any apparent defects. Request a written confirmation of the defect from the transport carrier. The confirmation has to be enclosed with the damage report. We cannot ship replacement products unless an ascertainment of damage is enclosed.

  • Incorrect delivery (incorrect quantity, missing parts, or wrong product): Upon receipt, immediately check and inspect any goods you have received from us. Complaints regarding incorrect, incomplete, or wrong deliveries can only be accepted if we are notified promptly and in writing.

 

  • Package tracking: If a package we have verified as being shipped does not reach you, we will initiate tracking of the shipment at your request.

 

  • For return shipments, please use packaging material that is suitable with respect to hygiene and transport safety. Please instruct your customers to use suitable packaging as well.

  • As a rule, replacements delivered in advance are subject to acknowledgement of the right to claim under guarantee on the part of EnviteC or the prior supplier/manufacturer. In the event that the claim is rejected, we reserve the right to subsequent billing (i.e. subsequent charges may apply).

  • In the event of mechanical damage due to improper handling, all warranties shall become null and void.

  • In case of third-party tampering or improper handling (subsequent modification of the goods or product label, improper packaging, use of fasteners that are not suitable for the components, etc.), all warranties shall become null and void.
