Your product will be returned to you within just 5 working days. Plus waiting period for confirming the cost estimate.
Cost Estimate
Naturally, we will prepare the cost estimate including diagnosing the defective product free of charge.
Guarantee on Repaired Parts
For repaired or replaced components, the warranty will be valid for the remainder of the unused warranty term, or for 9 months from time of shipment, whichever period is longer.
Loan Equipment
Upon request, we will supply loan equipment for a fee, which can be used during the maintenance and repair period.

Spare Parts Availability
We guarantee the availability of spare parts for a period of 5 years from the time the products are delivered to the buyer. Spare parts in this context shall only refer to parts which are reasonably expected to be subject to wear and tear.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please request an RMA number (Return Material Authorization number) first, and send the goods along with a copy of the invoice and a clear description of the defect.
